Medical group Community Care has secured a 33,253 s/f lease at 101 Jordan Rd. The new, larger space will allow patients to access multiple specialty groups at one location. Tim Conley (CCIM, SIOR) of Cresa Albany, served as tenant representative for Community Care. Rich Rosen represented the landlord, Columbia Development.
