Breslin Realty has arranged a 10-year lease for 2,918 s/f at the Tanger Outlets for Milano's Pizzeria and Restaurant. Charles Navarro of the Breslin organization is responsible for the negotiation. Tanger Outlets at the Arches is located at 152 The Arches Circle, and is a tourist attraction that welcomes 180 million visitors annually.
