Zetlin & De Chiara LLP has added a new partner Loryn Riggiola to the firm. She has developed a specialty in representing clients from counseling through litigation and/or arbitration in disputes arising from construction projects and commercial matters.
Michael Vardaro, managing partner of Zetlin & De Chiara, said, "We are thrilled to have Loryn join us. She is a seasoned litigator and contract specialist who has considerable experience guiding clients through various complex construction and commercial issues. Loryn will join partner Tim Hegarty in our N.J. office to lead our continued expansion in the N.J. market."
Riggiola has represented clients in both public and private sector projects, contract disputes, bidding disputes, defect and delay claims, and commercial disputes. She has serviced clients in the United States and abroad on a variety of matters, including the construction and operation of energy projects. Loryn also represents corporations and financial institutions in litigation involving complex commercial issues, including employment disputes, restrictive covenant and unfair competition litigation. She has handled litigation involving trademark, trade dress and palming off claims under the Lanham Act, together with insurance coverage issues. Loryn has participated in numerous bench and jury trials in both New York and New Jersey and has a diverse and active caseload. She is a past President of the Design Build Institute of America, NY-Tri-State Metro Area.
