Hidrock Realty has negotiated deals with Core Products Inc. and Nicourt Apparel LLC for apparel showroom space in 53 West 56th St., announces Abraham Hidary, president of Hidrock Realty, the building's landlord.
Core Products, a growing manufacturer of undergarments for mass chain stores throughout the United States, is opening a 1,100-square-foot menswear showroom on the seventh floor. The firm will take immediate occupancy for a term of five years.
Nicourt Apparel, which specializes in producing men's and boys' clothing, has renewed its 660-square-foot showroom space on the third floor for five years.
Norman Shabot, leasing director at Hidrock, represented Core Products. Robert Kaplan, senior director at Hidrock, represented Nicourt Apparel. Kaplan also represented the landlord in both transactions.
Hidrock Realty is a 25 year old private real estate firm with properties throughout the East Coast. Based in Manhattan, the firm provides fully integrated real estate services, including tenant representation, office and retail property leasing and management, and commercial and residential development.
