Sessa of GCP closes $11.9 million in financing

David Sessa, a senior associate at GCP Capital Group Mortgage arranged $11.9 million financing for a three-story parking garage with retail/office containing over 700 spaces, located in Louisville and a five-story parking garage with retail containing over 250 spaces, located in Nashville, Tennessee.
