September 23, 2013 - Brokerage
RKF has arranged a 1,576 s/f lease with healthy juice retailer Juice Press at 415 Greenwich St. in TriBeCa. The store is expected to open this fall, which will coincide with the opening of Juice Press's co-tenant, boutique fitness chain Flywheel Sports. RKF managing director Peter Whitenack and associate Chris Johnson represented the landlord, Flywheel. "Juice Press will greatly benefit from its shared target demographics with Flywheel, one of New York's hottest boutique fitness chains," said Whitenack of RKF. "Coupled with the recent lease at 413 Greenwich St. by sustainable salad chain Sweetgreen, this area of the street is really transforming this part of Tribeca." 415 Greenwich St., a 176,000 s/f building known as the Tribeca Summit, is located between Hubert and Laight Sts. The building was originally constructed in 1912 as a storage and distribution center, but was converted to luxury residential condos in 2006. Since 2010, Juice Press has been selling raw pressed juices and foods to health-conscious New Yorkers. Juice Press currently has 13 locations across the city.
