Sales and leasing consultants Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, Joseph Aquino, executive VP and Arthur Maglio of Douglas Elliman's Retail Group have arranged a 1,700 s/f lease for Finest Café & Marketplace at 46 Trinity Place, between Edgar and Rector Sts. The space features 35 ft. of frontage. It will be the restaurant group's fifth Manhattan location and its first in the Financial District. Consolo, Aquino and Maglio exclusively represented the landlord and tenant. "This is a great location for a restaurant, situated within a very strong employee market and developing residential market," said Consolo. "Casual dining and take-out are N.Y. standards, so workers will stop by to pick up their breakfast or lunch and residents will have a great place to grab a quick bite." Maglio said, "The area is continuing to thrive, the 9/11 memorial has generated a tremendous amount of traffic and tourism. The tenant will find a wide range of customer bases quickly as the café offers something for everyone." Nearby businesses include Century 21 Department Store, Brooks Brothers, Men's Wearhouse and John Allen's. In addition, it is close to Zuccotti Park, The Millenium Hilton and the National September 11 Memorial & Museum.
