I run CK Realty Partners in Manhattan. Our primary function is placing debt and equity for commercial real estate projects sourced from our many institutional and private relationships. Whether working for a client, or on sponsored co-investment, we fill the role of financial underwriter and presenter to the capital markets. Our goal is to become known in the market for loyalty, extreme persistence and execution, and therefore continue to build repeat clients. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate?
