Plati Niagara acquires land to construct 65,000 s/f Wyndham Hotel

Plati Niagara Inc., LLC has acquired a parcel of vacant land on Rainbow Blvd. and Fourth St. The company will construct a $9.605 million, 65,000 s/f Wyndham Hotel with 110 rooms and up to 4,000 s/f of retail space to be leased.
