Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management (KCCM), an established New York construction management firm, serving academic, healthcare, institutional, federal, state and corporate clients, revealed the opening of an Albany office at 915 Broadway in addition to their office in Pleasant Valley.
"We are excited to open an Albany office after years of building in the Capitol region—most recently completing SUNY Albany's new School of Business. This new office expands our local presence and will enhance services to our existing and new client base in the area," said Mike Winters, project executive for KCCM's Albany office.
Specializing in challenging and unique new and renovation construction, KCCM's work includes some of the most iconic buildings in Albany, such as the renovation currently underway at SUNY Albany's Mohawk Tower.
