Sutton Real Estate completes three sales totaling $835,000 and leases 9,600 s/f

Sutton Real Estate Company completed the following transactions: * Sweet Endings Bakeshop located in Jamesville, was brokered by Pam Aspinall for $135,000. * 410-414 South Clinton St., Syracuse sold to C-MAND Development, LLC for $700,000. The building located in Armory Square is being redeveloped as a mixed-use property consisting 24 market rate apartments on the upper floors and banquet facilities on the ground floor. The sellers of the property were represented by Martin Merola. * 6709 Pickard Dr., Syracuse a 4,400 s/f building was purchased by Accurate Refrigeration from Ral Rich for their company headquarters. The sale was brokered by Barton Feinberg * Larry Socia brokered a 2,100 s/f lease at 4300 West Genesee St. in Camillus between Sonbyrne Sales and Mission Returns, LLC. * Feinberg brokered The Fair Housing Council lease consisting of 3,000 s/f of professional office space in 731 James St. * Exalt Fitness leased a 4,500 s/f free-standing building at 109 Taft Rd., North Syracuse for a new Cross Fit gym. The lease was brokered by Feinberg.
