The co-owners of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian Real Estate office, Eric Tudor and Patricia Collins, have brokered the following leases totaling 43,927 s/f and sale transactions totaling $2.421 million: * Three leases with Miracle Ear totaling 3,527 s/f: 1,250 s/f at Mil Pine Plaza on Niagara Falls Blvd. at Military, Niagara Falls with Benchmark Development; 1,350 s/f at1612 Niagara Falls Blvd, Tonawanda with Migliore, and 927 s/f at 4401 Main St. at Transit next to Brennan's, also with Benchmark Development. * A lease of 5,000 s/f of office space at 1885 Harlem and Gruner to Unified PS Group. * $353,000 sale of a 8,100 s/f free-standing manufacturing building at 171 Creekside to an electrical company. Tudor represented the sellers, the Thiemke's. * A 1,000 s/f lease of a new Rapid Refill Ink retail franchise business at 3140 Sheridan Dr. at Alberta, Amherst with Alberta Properties LLC. * A 1,400 s/f lease of office space at 1321 Millersport Hwy., Amherst for Gunther Mele out of Canada. * A lease for 1,900 s/f of flex space for Arbon Corp. Iskalo Development is the landlord. * $1.225 million sale of the 29,000 s/f Ellicott Creek Plaza, 2850-2890Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst, to Sonic Blinds of WNY. Tudor and Collins represented the seller and Bill Heussler from RealtyUSA represented the buyer. * Lease of 1,600 s/f of space for Electronic Gaming Therapy (EGT) at 8616 Main St., Clarence, with NFOP. * Lease of 10,000 s/f of office space at 611 Jamison Rd. in the Jamison Business Park in Elma to West Corp. Shana Stegner from CBRE represented the tenant. * Lease of 5,000 s/f of office space at 358 Sonwil Dr. to Diverse Funding Associated LLC. * A lease for 14,500 s/f of office space at 4902 North America Dr. in West Seneca to Trans American Customhouse Brokers, Inc. Robert Culm from Realty USA represented the tenant. * $842,500 sale of a 24,210 s/f building located at 4429 Walden Ave. in Lancaster to Environmental Products and Services of Vermont, Inc.
