Edelkopf of Itzhaki Properties completes $800,000 sale

Yona Edelkopf, CEO of Itzhaki Properties closed the sale of 1286 Madison St. located in the heart of Bushwick for $800,000. Located on the south-west corner of Knickerbocker Ave. and Madison St., this 4,500 s/f, three-story, apartment building consists of 5 apartments and a parking lot. The building sold for a 7.1% CAP and 10.3 times the rent roll. Edelkopf represented the buyer and the seller, both private investors.
