Entrepreneur Properties closed the sale of 43-15 44 St. in Sunnyside. The walk-up building features 24 apartments and traded for $4 million. The first sale in 30 years, the buyer paid 12.6 X GRM for a 4.7% rate of return. Ami Efrati of Entrepreneur Properties represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.
