Lazar of NAI Long Island leases 10,000 s/f of medical office space

NAI Long Island has arranged the relocation of Professional Gynecological Services, LLC, which will occupy 10,000 s/f of medical office space at 12-14 DeKalb Ave. Damon Lazar, who has rejoined NAI Long Island after serving as a principal at The New York Center for Specialty Surgery, secured the location on behalf of the tenant.
