On October 23rd it is your turn to ask the questions of candidates for N.Y.C.'s three citywide offices—mayor, comptroller and public advocate—at the Building Owners & Managers Association New York New York (BOMA/NY) Annual Conference and Leadership Breakfast. The fact that all these key positions are vacant and can affect the next 12 years of city governance prompted BOMA/NY to take the initiative and invite the candidates to talk with you about the issues affecting our industry. A question and answer session will follow. Joe Lhota, Republican candidate for mayor, has already accepted, and we'll be inviting the Democratic primary winner pending the September 10th primary results.
