Wilcox and Raymond of G.S. Wilcox place $15.92 million in New Jersey

Gretchen Wilcox, president, and Al Raymond, principal, of G.S. Wilcox & Co. have arranged financings totaling $15.92 million. Two loans totaling $6.5 million were made with Great West benefiting Hartz Mountain. The loans were for a single-tenant, 61,220 s/f warehouse building located at 125 Seaview Dr. and a single-tenant, 58,736 s/f warehouse building located at 140 Seaview Dr. Genworth provided financing for the third deal benefiting Fidelco for a 91,722 s/f, mixed-use office/retail property located at 225 Millburn Ave., Millburn. The subject property involved a $9.42 million refinance.
