Leading retail real estate consultant and culinary cognoscente Faith Hope Consolo, chairman of Douglas Elliman's retail group, will moderate a panel at the Second Annual Harlem Hospitality and Culinary Conference on Wednesday, October 23rd at the Studio Museum of Harlem, 144 West 125th St. between Lenox and Seventh Aves. Entitled "Branding: Creative Strategy Behind a Successful Culinary/Hospitality Brand," the panel will include top restaurant marketers and branding professionals. In addition to Consolo, industry legends Serena Bass, executive chef of Lido and world-renowned society caterer, and Richie Notar, managing partner of Nobu Restaurant Group and owner of Harlow and the new Lenox Lounge, debuting this fall, have already signed on to participate in other panels at the event.
