Paley joins the firm Rosenberg & Estis as counsel

According to Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., Marc Paley has joined the firm as counsel with its transactional practice.
Paley practices transactional real estate and represents a diverse group of clients including real estate developers in the acquisition and financing of properties for conversion to condominium ownership, and cooperatives and condominiums in connection with their corporate matters and annual meetings. In addition, he conducts sales, purchases and mortgage refinancings of residential and commercial properties.

Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Paley was an associate at Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz, LLP and Marans & Weisz, LLC. Before practicing as an attorney, he worked as a certified public accountant at KPMG.
He received a bachelor's degree from Yeshiva University, where he graduated magna cum laude. Paley received a master's degree in real estate finance from New York University's Real Estate Institute and his juris doctorate from Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. In addition, he passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination to qualify as a CPA.
Paley is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Florida.
