Friedman-Roth secures $2.681 million sale of 12,000 s/f

Friedman-Roth Realty Services LLC has arranged the sale of a four-story walk-up apartment building. Located at 227-229 Kingsland Ave, The Greenpoint building features 18 residential apartments. The 12,000 s/f property sold for a purchase price of $2.681 million. Friedman-Roth managing partner Eric Roth represented the buyer and sales associate David Gerstel represented the seller in this transaction.
