According to Zere Real Estate Services, a land sale for the future development site of new construction, 3,000 s/f multi-industrial buildings to be built in 2014 has been completed. The purchase price was $210,000 for one-acre zoned industrial in the township.
"The Horseblock Rd. location is an ideal site for new business development that will accommodate the growing need for smaller industrial space in the area. Zere Real Estate Services will be exclusively representing the site and preleasing this location upon ground-breaking," said Paul Caiola, senior managing director of Zere.
Caiola represented the buyer. Richard Fierro of Universal Land Sales represented the seller.
