Razavilar joins Duval & Stachenfeld as partner

Duval & Stachenfeld LLP revealed the addition of new partner, Pejman (Pej) Razavilar, to its real estate practice group. Bruce Stachenfeld, co-founder and managing partner of the firm, said, "Pej is a great all-around real estate attorney. He has significant experience in representing banks and other financial institutions in all aspects of real estate finance transactions, including the origination, sale and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine and also has significant experience in construction lending. In addition to his real estate lending experience, Pej has also represented money and operating partners in a variety of joint venture transactions, including preferred equity transactions."
