Dragon Sphere NY, wholesalers and retailers of fashion handbags, have signed a 10-year lease for 11,750 s/f of retail space at 151 West 30th St. Both the tenant and landlord, 151 West 30th Street, LLC were represented by Citywide Properties, Inc. Maria Majerovsky and Sasha Majerovsky.
