New York City
Our development team has been hard at work with a tremendous undertaking!
We are building the architectural framework for our data search and data implementation to handle the pure volume of residential listings which New York has to offer. This will be accompanied by a redesign of Agorafy's front end to provide an intuitive experience for both commercial and residential real estate users.
We are taking our philosophy of a transparent open platform beyond commercial listings and property information and are applying it to residential rental and sales listings. Since inception we have shown that giving real estate professionals and customers alike a transparent and real time snapshot of availabilities in the market promotes knowledge and greases the wheels of the deal-making process.
Bringing this framework to the residential market will give customers a trusted source for residential availabilities and a tool for brokers, owners and property managers to quickly and efficiently lease or sell their product.
For Customers
For those in the market to lease or buy a home, our platform will be an accurate and real time source for market availabilities. All of the listings will be submitted by the property owner or the listing broker and will be verified by our team.
Each listing is required to have a published address and unit number as well as the direct contact information for the listing. We don't want to give users the runaround, but want to simplify real estate by providing them with access to the right people.
Beyond transparency and accuracy, our platform will be designed to save our users time. Search is both intuitive and fast, whether searching for lease or sale for every neighborhood in New York. Our users have the ability to save their search criteria, subscribe to specific searches, subscribe to specific listings and buildings, and elect to have e-mail updates on their subscriptions.
Users will have access to high quality photos and floor plans for every listing, and will be able to contact the listing broker or owner to schedule a time to view the property.
For Professionals
For real estate professionals bringing their available listings to market, our platform gives them a tool to market their listings to the widest possible audience. Listing brokers, property owners, and property managers can store property profiles, specific unit data, floor plans and property/unit photos for future use.
Property owners and managers can also create an attractive and detailed profile of their multi-family building or new development, schedule open houses, and track customer interest for future use as units become available.
By expanding our platform to residential listings, Agorafy is furthering its goal to provide a crystal clear profile of every building in New York. We encourage you to register for an account or check back on our blog for updates as we ready our residential platform.
Calling all brokers, property owners and managers! Submit your listings now and hit the ground running when we go live at the end of the summer!
