Rogers of JF Real Estate represents buyer in $125,000 office condo sale; Durkin and Mahar of CBD Brokerage represent seller

JF Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate company, recently completed the following real estate transaction: Hans Christopherson purchased a 2,100 s/f office condominium located at 5848 Heritage Landing Dr. from RMS Properties Inc. for $125,000. The purchaser plans to occupy the building for his current business, Christopherson Land Surveying. Edward Rogers, senior vice president of sales and leasing represented the buyer and Michael Durkin and Brian Mahar of CBD Brokerage, LLC represented the seller in the negotiations.
