Sinatra & Company Real Estate added two new members to its executive staff. John Zeman was hired as senior property manager, and Francis Marcel-Keyes was hired as VP of finance. With these new, strong additions, Sinatra & Co. continues its expansion and job creation in Western New York.
"Not only does John bring with him great property management experience from his time in New York City, he has local experience as well. And further, he shares our vision to think differently about real estate. We believe in having a positive impact in the community at Sinatra and Company," said Nick Sinatra, company founder and president.
On Francis, Nick points out that "his strong analytical background and pedigree adds to our strengths as a young, cutting-edge company." "John and Francis are hires that lay the foundation for longer term growth at the company," says Sinatra.
Zeman's most recent property management experience comes from Belmont Management. Beforehand, he spent 10 years as a Property Manager at the Peter Cooper Village-Stuyvesant Town in New York City. He also has received his project management certification from NYU and is a New York State licensed real estate sales person. Keyes spent the last seven years working at various Wall Street investment banks and is a Harvard University graduate. Both bring valuable experience and expertise to Sinatra and Company Real Estate and Western New York.
In 2009, Nick Sinatra founded Sinatra & Company Real Estate to invest in distressed real estate in the WNY and Southern California areas. Today, in addition to its investment and development arm, Sinatra & Company is a full service real estate firm providing brokerage services for buyers and sellers, property management and apartment rentals for its clients in the WNY area.
