Hathaway and Brower of Pyramid Brokerage secure $325,000 sale; Also represent First & Main in 1,900 s/f lease of office space

Pyramid Brokerage Company completed the following transactions: * The former Inn on the Docks located at 308 Spencer Ave. was sold. Carl Vogel purchased the 4,000 s/f property in May for $325,000. Anthony Hathaway and Rick Brower of Pyramid brokered this sale. * O'Brien & Gere Company leased 1,900 s/f at the professional office building located at 101 First St., Utica. Hathaway and Brower of Pyramid represented the landlord, First & Main LLC in this lease.
