The Dun Building, located at 110 Pearl St., has been sold to a local investment group. The 27,265 s/f building sold for $1.325 million. Clover Management had owned the property since 1999. The buyer is 110 Pearl LLC, headed by Paul Kolkmeyer and Greg Suffoletto of Priam Enterprises. Completed in 1895, The Dun Building was the city's first high-rise building. The 10-story building was also the first steel-framed structure in the city and the first fireproof building. Architects E.B. Green and William Wicks designed the neoclassical building. CBRE Buffalo partner Robert Roller and sales associate Adam Koehn represented the seller along with CBRE Pittsburgh.
