Sabesan of CBC Alliance brokers $27 million sale of six mixed-use buildings

July 15, 2013 - Brokerage
Representing both buyers and seller, Peter Sabesan, principal, Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance (CBC Alliance), has arranged the sale of six mixed-use buildings and vacant lots in the Williamsburg section of the city for $27 million. Located within a concentrated area of one of the city's fastest growing neighborhoods, the addresses consist of 185 North 3rd St., 170 South 1st St., 72 Box Street, 626 Driggs Ave., 280 Metropolitan Ave. and 290 Metropolitan Ave. "We were working with six separate parcels, which made the sale inherently complicated," said Sabesan. "But each of these properties offers opportunities for retail and/or residential development in a robust market and we were able to bring all of the parties to the table quickly and amicably." The buyers comprised a group of investors led by Waterbridge Capital LLC. The seller was 170 South First Street, LLC.
