Greenberg and Street of ERG arrange $1.55 million sale

ERG Property Advisors has arranged the sale of 595 Franklin Ave. The property is a free standing Dunkin Donuts ground lease located on the corner of Franklin Ave. and Ferngate Dr. The lease has 9 years remaining and is corporately guaranteed by Dunkin Brand, INC. The property sold for $1.55 million which represents a cap rate of 5.81%.
