Zelnik & Company named exclusive agents for Williamsburg retail project

Zelnik & Company's Cory Zelnik and Sean Philipps have been named the exclusive agents for 204 Wythe Avenue, a new ground up mixed-use development located in Williamsburg. Wythe Avenue has become Williamsburg's hot bed for entertainment and retail alike. With local favorites including Brooklyn Bowl, Pilgrim Surf Shop, The Wythe Hotel, The Brooklyn Brewery and Two Jakes, 204 Wythe Avenue is perfectly situated on the bustling corridor. The Project is also steps from N. 6th Street which is quickly becoming a destination in and of itself. Urban Outfitters recently signed a lease on the block joining American Apparel, Sweet William and CVS Pharmacy. The development consists of 229 residential units and 7,500 s/f of ground floor retail with dedicated parking spaces. The Project is seven stories and totals 248,000 gross s/f. The retail component features 275 feet of wrap-around glass frontage with 13 foot ceilings; reasonable divisions will be considered. Mack Real Estate Capital and Urban Development Partners are the Developers. The project is currently under construction and will be completed in the summer of 2013.
