Rodriguez, Bestreich, and Riney of Marcus & Millichap broker $2.05 million sale

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the sale of 305 - 311 Clarkson Avenue, a 11,880 s/f mixed-use property, according to John Horowitz, regional manager of the firm's Brooklyn office. The asset commanded a sale price of $2.05 million. Erik Rodriguez and Derek Bestreich, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Brooklyn office, represented the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Bestreich, Rodriguez and Shaun Riney. Bestreich said, "We were successful in helping the seller realize his goals within 30 days."
