G&E inks 14,000 s/f for China Merchants Bank

(G&E), its office recently represented China Merchants Bank in the signing of a lease at 535 Madison Ave. at 54th St. China Merchants Bank will occupy the 18th floor for a total of 14,000 s/f. G&E senior managing director and team leader of the firm's China Practice, Joseph Hilton, along with Howard Rosen, executive managing director; John Cannon, senior managing director and Alan Lurie, managing director and head of project management for New York, represented China Merchants Bank. The law firm of Skadden Arps acted as China Merchant Bank's legal counsel. Brian Gell and Laurence Briody of CBRE acted for the owner, Park Tower Realty Corp.
