Itzhaki and Farchi of Itzhaki close on $13.8m

Itzhaki Properties has sold a two-property residential package for $13.8 million. This deal consisted of the 60-unit 101 Ocean Parkway and the 48 unit 2044 13th St. These two 6-story elevator buildings are built 77,400 s/f and 46,800 s/f respectively. Centrally located, they are close to Prospect Park and Greenwood Cemetery. Both parties were represented by Itzhaki, Erez Itzhaki represented the buyer and Barry Farchi represented the seller.
