Paul Fetscher, CCIM, SCLS is president of Great American Brokerage specializing in restaurants and retail. He is internationally recognized as "The Restaurant Expert." In 44 years in commercial real estate he has received numerous awards and has been a speaker and instructor domestically and internationally. He is on the board of directors of the LICN and NYSCAR, and is past-president of the New York Metro CCIM chapter. He is also a celebrated long distance runner having been National Champion at 50 kilometers and has received a Lifetime Achievement award in Track & Field with over 2,000 races.
