Webb of Skanska honored by Ronald McDonald House

Ronald McDonald House of New York, a non-profit organization that lends an affordable and safe home to families with sick or hospitalized children, recently honored, Tom Webb, executive vice president and general manager for Skanska USA's Metro New York office, with a "Builder of Hope" award at Ronald McDonald House's 3rd Annual Builders of Hope Award Reception.
Ronald McDonald House's "Builder of Hope" award recognizes those in the construction industry that have made significant charitable contributions to the organization, and recognized Webb for leading Skanska in its initiative to raise an exceptional amount of money for the charity.
Skanska USA is passionate about philanthropy, and often collaborates with altruistic organizations such as Ronald McDonald house, to add value to each of the geographic regions across the country in which it works. For example, a group of executives from Skanska's Metro New York office joined Webb to participate in the organization's meal, preparing, cooking and cleaning for more than 100 families living in the Ronald McDonald House.
