Cushman & Wakefield Pyramid Brokerage secures $1.353 million sale

531 Farber Lakes sold to local investors for $1.353 million. The 16,000 s/f office building proximate to the "Centerpointe" office park. The building was home to four partners: two medical practices, a dental practice, and a law firm. The buyer had a tenant for the entire second floor of the building which was unoccupied at the time of sale, driving the transaction. David Schiller SIOR of Cushman & Wakefield Pyramid Brokerage Co. of Buffalo marketed the building for sale. John Mikoley of Cushman & Wakefield Pyramid Brokerage Co. of Buffalo represented the buyers.
