Schiller of Pyramid completes 93,350 s/f in multiple transactions; Seider represents PDQ Hamburg LLC in $535,000 sale

Ben Schiller with Pyramid Brokerage Company of Buffalo completed several transactions totaling 93,350 s/f. Schiller and Dave Seider represented PDQ Hamburg LLC in the sale of 485 Sunset Drive, a 6,500 s/f freestanding office building. Formerly occupied by HUNT Real Estate, the building was purchased by Evans Bank for $535,000. Evans Bank was represented by Mike Clark, CBRE. Schiller represented the William S. Hein Company in the sale of 78,000 s/f at 1285 Main St. in the downtown. An affiliate of Ellicott Development purchased the building for $2.1 million. Alan Hastings represented Ellicott Development. Last year, William S. Hein Company purchased 2350 North Forest Rd. for $3.3 million, a 60,000 s/f multi-tenanted office building and recently completed the move to its new Amherst location. Schiller represented a locally-renowned chef in the purchase of the former O'Connell's Restaurant at 981 Kenmore Ave.in Kenmore. The 2,150 s/f will reopen as a Sicilian-themed restaurant. The building sold for $280,000. Greg Zadrozny, Realty USA was the listing agent. Other recent transactions include 2,000 s/f and 2,700 s/f medical leases at 52 South Union Rd. in Williamsville and Forestream Plaza in Lancaster. Schiller also completed a 2,000 s/f lease to a local attorney at 448 Delaware Ave.
