February 29, 2008 - Brokerage
Giscombe Realty Group held a  party for  clients and friends to help celebrate the new year and the firm's renaming at The Flash Inn Restaurant. Eugene Giscombe,  president and founder of Giscombe Realty Group (formerly Giscombe Henderson),  transported his guests back in time to one of the city's iconic restaurants that offers a view overlooking Yankee Stadium. This spring, Giscombe also plans to unveil the renovated,  12-story cast-iron historic Lee Building, corner of 125th and Park Ave.  which Giscombe owns and where his own company's office is located.  The Lee Building, that sits across from where Vornado plans to build its new Harlem Park project, is now 80% leased.   Guests at the event included Harlem business  and community leaders: Livingston Francis, board  of directors, North General Hospital;  Louis Prezeau, president of  City National Bank of N.J.; Eugene Giscombe,  president  Giscombe Realty Group LLC; Manhattan assemblyman, Keith Wright and Kenneth Knuckles, president Upper  Manhattan Empowerment Zone, (UMEZ).
