Hybrid Capital has arranged a $3.3 million purchase finance for a 12-year term at the rate of 3.625% for a six-story, elevator building consisting of 10 apartments and one retail unit. The property is located on 110th St. Bobby Bakhchi, founder and CEO of Hybrid represented the firm.
