Huntingdon Valley, PA NAI MERTZ, has brokered a lease expansion with an option to purchase of a 14,600 s/f building at 3971 Mann Rd. The brokerage team of Jeffrey Licht, SIOR, and Adam Lashner, assisted in the negotiations between the landlord, Mark Mankin/Hanmar Associates, and the tenant, TM Sullivan and Sons.
