Findley joins Transwestern's New York office as managing director; Previously worked at ABS Real estate Partners

According to Transwestern's New York office, Ken Findley has joined the firm as managing director. Findley will represent both tenants and landlords in the New York City area, debuting the office's ability to provide specialized services to healthcare clients. Since Transwestern entered the Northeast in 2011, the firm has experienced explosive growth, now boasting a total of 50 team members, a management portfolio of nearly 3 million s/f and a leasing portfolio of 1.1 million s/f in the tri-state area. "In continuing to grow our Northeast team, we are focusing on recruiting experts in various specialties in order to provide our clients with the most extensive range of quality services," said Patrick Robinson, president of Transwestern's Northeast territory. "Ken's specific experience with healthcare clients will greatly add to the expertise and versatility of our existing team, and we are thrilled he has joined us." Throughout his career, Findley has completed over 600,000 s/f of transactions totaling more than $286 million. He joins the firm from ABS Real Estate Partners where he served as managing director/director of medical leasing. In this role, he managed a team that specialized in representing tenants in the procurement and disposition of large medical and office space. He also represented numerous landlords in office space leasing and supervision of property management services. Throughout his career, Findley has represented many notable healthcare tenants such as Gramercy Surgery, Gramercy Park Digestive Disease, Frontier Health Holdings and Physicians Endoscopy. His leasing assignments have included several well-known New York City buildings, including 200 Park Ave. South, 380 Second Ave., 10 East 38th St. and 305 Second Ave. His landlord lease transactions have included tenants such as NYU Hospitals, Elizabeth Arden, School of Visual Arts, Nina Footwear, New York Eye and Ear, iCrossing, Signature Bank, TheStreet Inc., Sephora and New York Presbyterian Hospital. Findley received a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University. He continued his education at the New York University Real Estate Institute. Findley is also an Eagle Scout, the highest certification attainable in the Boy Scouts of America organization.
