New York Commercial Real Estate Services, (NYCRS) secured two leases totaling 1,830 s/f. The first lease was for 1,500 s/f for a restaurant located at 342 Lexington Ave. The asking rent was $175 per s/f. James Famularo of NYCRS represented the landlord and Ravi Idnani represented the incoming tenant, Kale Health Food Corp. The lease was a ten year. They are looking to open three more locations this year. The second lease we signed was at 158 Lafayette Street for 330 s/f. Famularo and Idnani represented the tenant, SoHo Juice Bar. The landlord was represented by Scott Klatsky of Time Equities. The lease was a ten year lease.
