According to Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP, Rosalyn Maldonado has joined the firm as an associate in its commercial litigation and construction practice areas. She has 15 years of experience in handling all aspects of commercial litigation matters. The scope of her practice includes construction, real estate, labor, general corporate matters and collection defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Maldonado was a senior associate with the New York City firm of French & Casey, LLP. Maldonado has also served as Deputy General Counsel for Red Apple Group, Inc., the parent corporation of numerous subsidiaries with diverse holdings, the most notable being Gristede's Supermarkets.
Maldonado earned her Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York. She is also a member of the Fordham School of Law Alumni Association and the "Cafecito" a New York City Association of Latina Attorneys.
