The CPEX mixed-use investment sales team arranged the sale of a three-story mixed-use building located at 784 Washington Ave. situated between Sterling Place and St. Johns Place in Prospect Heights. The property consists of 3-units totaling 3,000 s/f.
The property sold $1.2 million, $400 per s/f. CPEX's mixed-use team, consisting of managing director Scott Burk, Esq. and associate director Andre Sigourney, represented the seller and procured the purchaser in the transaction.
"We received over 20 written offers for this unique mixed-use property," said Burk. "Ultimately, at $400 per s/f, this transaction was a record-breaking sale for mixed-use properties on Washington Ave. in Prospect Heights."
"This transaction is a testament to the rapidly changing retail landscape and flourishing residential market along Washington Ave.," said Sigourney. "The corridor's proximity to cultural institutions like the Botanical Gardens and the Brooklyn Museum of Art has attracted residents, retailers, and investors to this up-and-coming area of Prospect Heights."
