Sabre Real Estate Group LLC arranged a lease for Cosmo Prof beauty supply store. The 2,475 s/f is located at 1789 Central Ave., in the Highridge Plaza Shopping Center, an 88,500 s/f supermarket-anchored center owned by Brixmor. Greg Batista, a director at Sabre, represented Cosmo Prof, and Nick Andreadis represented Brixmor in-house.
