Daniela Zustovich of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has been appointed building manager of W&H Properties' 1400 Broadway, reveals Anthony Malkin, president of Malkin Holdings, which supervises the W&H portfolio. Previously, Zustovich served as building manager at W&H's 1359 Broadway, and was also the assistant portfolio manager for W&H's 1333, 1350 and 1359 Broadway. "Daniela has impressed us with her growth as she has overseen the $54-million transformation of 1359 Broadway into a BOMA-award-winning, state-of-the-art, boutique office building," said Malkin. "At 1400 Broadway, she will oversee the culmination of a similar transformation already underway - the property's repositioning into a white-glove, corporate office facility. She is ideally suited to this role." Zustovich, who was raised and lives in Queens, received a BBA in finance and accounting from Baruch College. She holds BOMA Real Property Administrator and Facilities Management Administrator designations and a LEED Green Associate credential.
