Bix Six Towers, a Mitchell Lama development on Queens Boulevard, has constructed a 45,000 s/f shopping center to offset maintenance cost for residents. According to project developer, Richard Stone, most of the commercial space has already been rented and the co-op is negotiating to lease the remaining space. The center is expected to generate up to $400,000 in profits for Big Six Towers during the first year.
