Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. has promoted Denise Juron-Borgese to director of development and planning, and the addition of Brad Packard as development project manager. Both work in the company's headquarter office in Williamsville. Juron-Borgese joined the Ciminelli development team in 2010 as project manager. In her new role, her primary duties will consist of site planning, entitlements, design coordination, and oversight of the development department's day-to-day operation. Juron-Borgese is a licensed architect in New York State, earned undergraduate degrees in Architecture and English from SUNY at Buffalo, holds a master of Architecture degree from the University of Penn., and is a LEED Accredited Professional by the United States Green Building Council. She is currently overseeing the development of Conventus, Ciminelli's $100 million medical office building on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus in Buffalo. Juron-Borgese is also on the board of directors of the Buffalo/WNY chapter of the AIA. Ciminelli has also hired Brad Packard as development project manager. Packard was most recently the assistant director of community development with the town of Clarence, where he was responsible for environmental review and municipal permitting as it relates to commercial and residential development. In his new role, he will be responsible for providing project management services on key Ciminelli projects throughout Western N.Y. Packard received his Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design from SUNY at Buffalo.
