According to SWBR Architects, Eric Holmquist, Matt Lupiani, Kristin Schuster, and Kelly Holland have been named associates at the firm.
Holmquist, RA, LEED AP is a project architect, specializing in educational and municipal projects. Some of his notable projects are renovations to the McQuaid Jesuit School, Nazareth College and Geva Theater. His responsibilities include leading the design team, coordinating and integrating with engineering disciplines and developing creative design solutions.
Lupiani, NCARB, LEED AP BD + C is an architect and project manager with SWBR, focusing on K12 project design. Lupiani has worked on notable projects for the Auburn, Hannibal and Windsor Central School Districts. He is responsible for contract documentation, permitting, construction administration and closeout.
Schuster, AIA, LEED AP BD + C, CSI specializes in educational design. Schuster is responsible for designing and developing concepts for projects, creating graphics for presentations, and AutoCAD and Revit documentation for schematic through construction design documents. Some of her notable local projects are the Victor, Hannibal, and Rochester City School Districts.
Holland, AIA is a project architect in SWBR's Syracuse office. He is responsible for managing all phases of design and construction on several of the firms K12 projects. Holland provides experience through all phases of the projects including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration.
